Job Summary
IT Helpdesk Tier II to join our on-site team at the Amsterdam, NY manufacturing plant. Provide advanced troubleshooting for onsite and remote users, escalate complex incidents, manage and resolve tickets within SLAs, document issues and resolutions, and support Windows OS, Microsoft Office, networking, server maintenance, and ERP systems. Collaborate with Tier I and other teams to maintain system stability and performance; strong customer experience and problem-solving skills required.
