Job Summary
Serve as primary point of contact for IT support requests, troubleshooting hardware, software, printer, and connectivity issues. Manage and resolve tickets through an advanced service management platform while supporting Windows and macOS users in a cloud-first environment. Assist with Microsoft 365 administration, device deployment via Microsoft Intune, and user onboarding/offboarding activities. Configure, deploy, and maintain desktops, laptops, and mobile devices while supporting cloud infrastructure solutions including RapidScale and SD-WAN technologies. Document solutions and collaborate with internal departments to ensure a positive technology experience. Work Sunday through Thursday with a salary of $60,000-$65,000 DOE.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; OR equivalent professional experience
- 2-3 years of IT support, help desk, desktop support, or technical support experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues in a fast-paced environment
- Desire to learn, grow, and contribute as part of a team
- Comfortable working within a faith-based organization and supporting its mission
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments
- Windows and macOS support experience
- Microsoft Intune or endpoint management experience
- Active Directory administration experience
- Familiarity with cloud-based technologies
- Basic networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with ticketing/help desk systems
