Job Summary

IT Support Specialist providing first-level technical support to internal customers, including responding to calls and emails, logging and analyzing user queries, diagnosing hardware and software failures, and implementing resolutions. Responsibilities include configuring, installing, maintaining, and repairing computer hardware, operating systems, applications, patches, and updates; assisting in user testing during program implementation and system maintenance; maintaining documentation and knowledge-based troubleshooting techniques; managing hardware assets and software licenses; and performing preventive maintenance. Requires at least 1 year of experience and a Bachelor’s Degree in IT-related fields. Strong problem-solving, analytical, time-management, and English communication skills are essential.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in IT support or related IT/Computer field
  • Bachelor’s Degree in ECE, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related IT/Computer-related course
  • Knowledge of IT systems and equipment installation, configuration, maintenance, and repair
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Ability to document problems and solutions for customers and other technical staff
  • Good time management and project management skills
  • Adaptive to changing work schedules and customer-care oriented
