Job Summary
Temporary IT Support Specialist at Tag Systems USA in Eatontown, NJ, responsible for serving as a reliable point of contact for users needing swift IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, documenting requests and solutions, creating user guides, providing user training, collaborating with IT team on complex challenges, maintaining system health through updates and maintenance, and tracking inventory; requires a bachelor's or associate degree in IT or related field, relevant help desk experience, knowledge of AD/Exchange/Office 365, and strong communication skills; certifications preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associate degree in information technology, computer science, or related field
- Experience in a help desk or technical support role
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365 administration
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Patient and customer-focused approach
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA and Microsoft) preferred
- Familiarity with tools like Lansweeper, Zabbix, and Splunk is a plus
- Must pass background check and drug screening
