Job Summary
Senior IT Support Specialist to support mission-critical, end-user IT in Sacramento, CA. Provides Tier 2/3 deskside support for a Windows-focused environment and macOS/iOS hardware, including imaging, deployment, asset management, Windows 11, JAMF imaging (preferred but not required), AD, VPN, Google Workspace for Enterprise, Office 365, Bomgar, SCCM, VTC/Zoom, Remedy, and ServiceNow. Responsibilities include handling simple to complex issues, VIP support, leading small projects, and documenting resolutions in ITSM systems to meet SLAs. Must be capable of independent work and teamwork, with strong communication and multi-tasking skills, and travel to field sites.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years related experience providing technical, deskside support
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Ability to attain a Public Trust clearance
- HDI Technical Support Professional within six months
- Education minimum high school diploma
- Travel to various field sites is required
- Certifications desirable but not required include A+, Net+, and Sec+
