Job Summary
Senior IT Support Specialist providing Tier 2/3 deskside support in a Windows-centric environment with Apple/macOS/iOS involvement. Key duties include imaging, deployment, asset management, Windows 11, IMAC lifecycle refresh, JAMF imaging (preferred), ITSM updates (Remedy/ServiceNow), VIP and cross-functional support, and mentoring/joint project participation. Required to troubleshoot hardware/software across Windows and macOS platforms, support VPN and Office 365/Google Workspace, assist in field-site deployments, and escalate complex issues to senior staff. Must have strong customer service, communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team; U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance; travel to field sites.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship
- Ability to attain a Public Trust clearance
- Minimum of 7 years of related IT and deskside support experience
- HDI Technical Support Professional required within six months of employment
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience traveling to various field sites as required
- Strong knowledge of Windows environments (Windows 10/11) and Apple/macOS/iOS platforms
- Familiarity with ITSM tools (Remedy, ServiceNow)
- Experience with Active Directory, Google Workspace for Enterprise, Office 365, VPN, SCCM, VTC, Zoom
- Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware/software issues and communicate effectively
- Security clearance processes and ability to obtain Public Trust
