Job Summary
Entry-level IT Support Specialist responsible for end-user technical support and assisting in maintenance of Richardson Sports' network, server, and cloud infrastructure. Serves as primary point of contact for employee technical support and assists with systems and network administration. Requires strong problem solving, troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills. On-site at headquarters in Springfield, OR. Duties include end-user hardware/software support, managing user access in Microsoft 365, supporting Windows Server and Active Directory, patching/updating OS, VoIP configuration/maintenance, after-hours/weekend maintenance as needed, documenting issues/resolutions, and contributing to other IT projects. Education/experience: Associate's degree or equivalent combination of experience and certifications; background check and drug screen required. Equal Opportunity Employer.
