IT Support Specialist (Remote)

Job Summary
Provide remote IT support for Windows desktops and laptops, Microsoft 365 and Entra ID environments, MFA, networking issues, hardware troubleshooting, and end-user IT support tasks. Tasks include troubleshooting Windows 10/11 issues, assisting with Microsoft 365 administration, configuring devices and user profiles, diagnosing DNS/VPN/firewall problems, installing software and drivers, performing hardware diagnostics, supporting Outlook/Office apps/OneDrive/Chrome/Edge, malware removal and endpoint security best practices, and documenting issues and resolutions. Strong English communication and customer service skills are required, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in IT support, help desk, or technical support roles
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 administration
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Basic PowerShell and Command Prompt knowledge
- Understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting
- Experience troubleshooting hardware and peripherals
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
