Job Summary
Provide technical support to users by researching questions, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining workstation and LAN performance. Identify issues with PC, printer, server, application, and phone systems to guide clients through corrective steps. Improve system performance by recommending changes and enhance the knowledge base by writing and maintaining documentation. Participate in client training program development by identifying learning issues and recommending instructional language. Monitor compliance with service agreements to avoid legal challenges. Travel to remote sites on a rotational basis to provide support solutions, including after-hours coverage. Provide on-call support as needed. Work in a typical office setting that may occasionally require entry into a manufacturing environment with loud noise and temperature variations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- AD management - user creation/termination, group management, password resets, etc
- M365 admin
- SIP based phone systems
- Citrix Cloud/Netscaler
- Application management - M365, Adobe, Autocad LT, ArtiosCAD
- Experience with M365 suite
- CompTIA A+ cert
- Sec+ cert
- Net+
- M365 certs
- Ability to utilize remote access
- Strong written and oral communication
- Organization and attention to detail
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Time management

- Mathematical and deductive reasoning
- Critical thinking
- Sit and stand as needed
- May require walking on a level surface for periods throughout the day
- Reaching above shoulders, below waist and lifting as required to file documents or store materials

- Proper PPE including safety shoes, safety glasses and hearing protection
