Job Summary
As a Frontline IT Support Specialist, you will provide primary contact support for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring swift resolution for employees. You will collaborate across teams to enhance processes and participate in an on-call rotation for priority incidents. The role requires strong technical skills in macOS, knowledge of identity and device management, and experience with collaboration tools. Excellent communication and a proactive problem-solving approach are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Experience providing frontline helpdesk support
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve support systems and processes
- Participation in on-call rotation
Desired Qualifications
- Strong technical expertise in macOS
- Working knowledge of Windows
- Management of identity and devices (Azure AD, Jamf, Intune)
- Experience with enterprise collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Office 365, Slack, Atlassian products)
