Job Summary
Provide onsite Level 2 technical support for desktop, laptop, mobile device, printer, and peripheral issues, diagnosing hardware, software, operating system, and application-related incidents. Perform Smart Hands infrastructure support including equipment installation, rack-and-stack activities, and physical cabling for switches, routers, and wireless access points. Troubleshoot conference room technologies for Microsoft Teams Rooms and ensure meeting spaces remain operational for executive events. Resolve incidents and service requests within established service level objectives while accurately documenting activities in the ITSM platform. Manage device lifecycle and asset tracking to support technology refresh programs and ensure compliance with corporate security standards.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of IT support experience in a corporate environment
- Experience supporting business offices with 100+ employees
- Strong desktop and mobile device troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of: Windows 11
- Knowledge of: Microsoft 365
- Knowledge of: Microsoft Teams
- Knowledge of: Entra ID / Active Directory
- Knowledge of: Networking fundamentals
- Knowledge of: Mobile device support
- Knowledge of: Printer and peripheral support
- Knowledge of: Conference room technologies
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certifications
- Experience with SCCM, Microsoft Intune or other endpoint management platforms
- Familiarity with network switches, wireless infrastructure, and structured cabling
- Experience providing Smart Hands support for infrastructure teams
- Experience supporting Teams Rooms and modern workplace technologies
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or multi-site enterprise environments
