Job Summary
Act as the primary contact for internal departments and external vendors regarding IT topics, managing service requests and incidents through classification and analysis. Coordinate external service providers and oversee project support while documenting solution pathways to ensure timely resolution. Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to drive continuous improvement of the IT landscape. Maintain a friendly, collegial approach in a flat hierarchy, with on-site availability to serve as the go-to resource for colleagues.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) für Systemintegration, im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Berufserfahrung im First und Second Level Support
- Kenntnisse in der IT-Infrastruktur, Hardware und Microsoft-Software
- Teamfähigkeit
- Kommunikationsstärke
- Gewissenhaftigkeit
- strukturiertes und selbständiges Arbeiten
- ausgeprägte Dienstleistungs- und Beratungsorientierung
