Job Summary
Coordinate IT onboarding by creating user accounts and configuring devices for new employees. Provide end-user service and technical support for Microsoft 365, MDM, and remote-access solutions while troubleshooting network connectivity issues. Manage infrastructure by maintaining switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi access points, ensuring stability through patch management and security updates. Handle procurement activities including requesting quotes and coordinating deliveries for hardware and accessories. Maintain documentation for device inventory, network diagrams, and configuration files. This role supports the daily IT operations for the German branch of Sumitomo Electric Industries, a global technology leader specializing in energy cables.
Required Qualifications
- Sehr gute Englisch und Deutsch Kenntnisse in geschriebener und gesprochener Sprache (min. C1)
- 2 Jahre Erfahrung im IT-Support, Help-Desk oder ähnlicher Rolle
- Serviceorientierte Kommunikation mit Anwendenden
- Gute Kenntnis von Microsoft 365 und Endgeräten
- Gutes Verständnis Grundlegender Netzwerktechnik (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi)
