Job Summary
Respond to client support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system while providing Level 1 remote and occasional onsite technical support. Troubleshoot Windows PCs, Microsoft 365, printers, mobile devices, and basic network connectivity issues. Perform password resets, user account administration, and basic Active Directory support. Configure and deploy workstations, laptops, and other end-user hardware. Document support requests and escalate complex issues as needed. Assist with new client onboarding, workstation deployments, and day-to-day technical support. Participate in an on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as needed. Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of help desk, desktop support, or IT support experience
- MSP experience
- Strong Windows 10/11 desktop support experience
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and Active Directory
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service mindset
- Ability to respond to client support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system
- Ability to provide Level 1 remote and occasional onsite technical support
- Ability to troubleshoot Windows PCs, Microsoft 365, printers, mobile devices, and basic network connectivity issues
- Ability to perform password resets, user account administration, and basic Active Directory support
