Job Summary

IT Support Specialist responsible for maintaining internal IT systems, identity and access management (SSO, MFA), and device fleet management (MDM, provisioning/deprovisioning). Manages onboarding/offboarding, equipment setup, and event kits for on-site and remote support during customer events. Drives AI adoption and builds AI-powered tools to streamline IT operations and workflows. Oversees software licenses and vendor relationships, contributes to playbooks/SOPs, and continuously upskills on security practices. Requires 5+ years of IT support experience, strong customer service, and willingness to travel; based in Ultimo, NSW with a full-time, in-office role at the Sydney area office.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years IT support, IT operations, or systems administration experience
  • Hands-on experience administering an MDM platform (e.g. Jamf, Kandji, Jumpcloud, Microsoft Intune)
  • Experience with identity and access management including SSO and MFA
  • Demonstrated experience managing hardware and device fleets
  • Adaptive mindset toward AI and automation
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Experience managing ticketed support systems and IT documentation
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally
