Job Summary
Onsite General IT Support focused on enabling employees to use software and hardware to complete daily tasks. Key duties include generating sign-ins for new hires during onboarding, managing GoTo VOIP, troubleshooting network printers, resolving IT support requests, answering employee questions about computer systems, gathering/analyzing data to diagnose issues, changing configurations and permissions, installing software/hardware drivers, updating service-request statuses, and logging/updating tickets.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ Years of IT support experience (Required)
- CompTIA certification is a plus
- Automotive Industry is a plus
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
