Job Summary
IT Support Specialist II (I) provides and upgrades IT infrastructure, supports global applications, monitors cybersecurity risks, performs data backup/restore, data management, and ensures reliability and integrity of computer systems. Responsibilities include IT asset management, policy/compliance alignment, documenting system changes, enabling technology improvements, supporting laboratory software change controls, coordinating with vendors on-site, acting as liaison between Corporate IT and laboratory groups, managing data integration across corporate applications, providing user training, and troubleshooting day-to-day technical issues. Requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with at least 2 years of IT management experience and knowledge of cybersecurity, data analysis, data integrity, IT infrastructure, and regulatory understanding.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant scientific, engineering, or computer-based area with ≥2 years' experience in corporate IT management or equivalent combination of education and industry experience
