Job Summary
IT Support Specialist II based in Scottsdale provides first- and second-level technical support for desktop hardware and software, including Windows and macOS, in a healthcare imaging environment. Manages incident requests via phone, email, and on-site visits; handles escalations from Tier 1, collaborates with IT teams, and documents issues and resolutions. Delivers user training, develops knowledge base articles, enforces security/privacy for user software and networks, and supports hardware and software across desktops, laptops, printers, and related peripherals. Requires 2+ years IT support experience, familiarity with IT ticketing systems (e.g., Remedy, ServiceNow), and ITIL practices; travel within the Phoenix area for onsite support; in-office role with occasional work-from-home days.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years in a business IT support tier 1
- Desktop hardware repair experience including personal computers and printers
- Experience with modern Windows Operating systems and Apple OS
- Certifications relating to helpdesk or desktop support (e.g., A+, Net+, MCP or MCDST)
