Job Summary
Provides Tier 1 technology support for a domain environment via phone, email, remote access software, and walk-ins. Serves as the primary customer contact for incoming technical issues, gathers required information and logs tickets, implements known solutions from the Helpdesk, processes common workflows, and escalates incidents beyond Tier 1 as needed. Requires A+ certification preferred, 1+ year of relevant experience, familiarity with Autodesk products as a plus, and strong skills in technology, keyboarding, troubleshooting, and customer service; Microsoft Office proficiency is a recommended skill. Location is Tulsa, OK and role is on-site.
