Job Summary
As an IT Support Specialist at Leggett & Platt, you will partner with Corporate and Business Unit IT teams to provide reliable technical assistance on IT hardware and software. Responsibilities include monitoring IT Service Desk requests, providing training to end users, logging service interactions, and assisting with preventative maintenance on IT systems. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 2-5+ years in IT support, and strong problem-solving skills.
