Job Summary
Senior IT Support Specialist enabling remote technical support for product operational data, diagnosing hardware or software issues, and delivering high-level customer service. Provides guidance and may supervise team members; resolves basic and complex user issues, documents and prioritizes tickets, and participates in 24/7/365 IT operations with security clearances (Secret; TS/SCI as a nice-to-have). The role supports full lifecycle IT help desk activities, mentoring, and collaboration in a high-demand environment. Includes identity verification processes and strong adherence to security and data protection practices.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience as an IT professional
- 4+ years of experience supporting a help desk or service desk
- Bachelor's degree
- Security+ Certification
- Secret clearance
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to work shifts in support of 24/7/365 IT support operations
