IT Support Specialist

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, peripheral, mobile device, and network connectivity issues for end users. Install, configure, and maintain Windows systems while managing Active Directory, Office 365, and related enterprise tools. Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, wireless networks, firewalls, and other network devices. Install and update applications to streamline deployments and maintain system performance. Support cybersecurity policies, user training, and best practices, including data backup and recovery procedures. Assist with IT projects, reporting, scheduling, and cross-department collaboration to improve IT operations. Provide onboarding support and train users on systems, tools, and equipment, including AV and conference room technology. This hybrid role supports a rapidly growing middle-market accounting and business advisory firm.
