Job Summary
Full-time IT Support Specialist in Austin HQ; front-line IT support, endpoint and identity management, onboarding/offboarding, and other related tasks. Support a global workforce across time zones; maintain devices and policies using Intune, Entra ID, and related tools; manage Office IT needs, automation via PowerShell/Graph; ensure security and compliance for endpoints; strong documentation and communication skills are required.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional IT support, service desk, or junior sysadmin experience in a business environment
- Hands-on administration of both macOS and Windows endpoints
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration: Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive
- Experience with at least one MDM or RMM platform (Intune, NinjaOne, Jamf, etc.)
- Comfortable with ITSM/ticketing tools (Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk, etc.)
- Strong written communication — you’ll regularly support people you’ve never met in person
- Authorized to work in the US and able to be on-site in Austin the majority of the work week
- Direct experience with our stack: Apple Business Manager, Microsoft Intune, NinjaOne, Atlassian (Jira/Confluence)
- Scripting/automation experience: PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, Power Automate, Bash/zsh, or similar
- Familiarity with Entra ID Conditional Access, MFA/SSPR, and core identity security concepts
- Experience supporting a globally distributed remote workforce
- Office network management experience: Wi-Fi, VPN, Meraki or similar
- Familiarity with endpoint security tooling (Defender for Endpoint, Intune compliance reporting)
- Logistics: Full-time, salaried; Austin HQ, primarily on-site, with some work-from-home flexibility
