Job Summary
IT Support Specialist to provide troubleshooting, repair, and application installations for IT systems. Responsibilities include handling Help Desk requests, maintaining the Help Desk system with hardware/software/user data and resolutions, diagnosing and resolving technology issues, communicating issues and resolutions to users, assisting with service requests and purchases through purchasing systems, relocating PCs/software peripherals, ensuring IT policy compliance, documenting procedures, and contributing to IT training and projects. Requires 1–2 years of related experience, strong written and verbal communication, ability to work in a fast-paced team, and basic math. Must support and collaborate with users, vendors, and internal teams; overtime and on-call rotation may be required.
