Job Summary
IT Support Specialist provides Mac-based IT/AV support (macOS/iOS), resolves Microsoft Office/365 issues, supports AV for meetings and fundraising events, manages MS Teams phones/apps, troubleshoots and documents IT issues, conducts software/hardware installation and configuration, logs service requests, maintains and updates systems, trains end-users, and collaborates across departments. Travel up to 20% and agreement with Articles of Faith are required.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with MacOS and iOS devices
- Experience with MS Office desktop and Office 365 cloud applications
- Experience with AV sound and video systems
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with end-users at all levels
- Listen actively, diagnose issues efficiently, and provide solutions with a service-first mindset
- Maintain a proactive approach to IT support, ensuring minimal downtime for end users
- Ability to take direction, then work independently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel 20%
