Job Summary
Provide front-line IT support for employees across Franklin Savings Bank, resolving hardware, software, network, and system issues on desktops, servers, and related platforms. Maintain records and documentation; assist with security and reliability of Microsoft 365 and Azure environments; coordinate with vendors for equipment and services; support technology projects and ongoing improvements across bank locations; participate in an on-call rotation and provide after-hours support; occasional travel to branches within a 125-mile radius from Farmington, ME; stay current with evolving technologies and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Associate's degree or equivalent experience in IT support or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service, acting with an appropriate sense of urgency when addressing user needs
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical users
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems
- Exceptional ability to self-direct and self-prioritize work tasks, ensuring efficient management of workload and deadlines without compromising quality
- Capable of fostering positive relationships within the team and across departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and support
