Job Summary
Provide remote and on-site IT support for users across multiple offices in Duisburg, handle end-user helpdesk tickets, set up hardware, troubleshoot network issues, onboard new hires, manage asset records in Snipe-IT, document troubleshooting steps, and support a Windows-dominant environment with some Ubuntu/Linux endpoints; maintain customer-focused communication across diverse teams and locations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Helpdesk or IT Support role
- Professional fluency in English (German is a plus but not required)
- Must live within daily commute distance of the Duisburg office
- Proven capability troubleshooting Windows and basic Ubuntu/Linux operating systems
- Experience in hardware and software deployment
- Experience with asset management (Snipe-IT) and documenting troubleshooting steps
