IT Support Specialist — EMEA

Job Summary
IT Support Specialist for the EMEA region providing tier 1–2 technical support across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms, troubleshooting issues in Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom, Slack, and internal tools, and resolving authentication/SSO problems with Okta and other identity platforms. Responsible for managing user accounts, group memberships, and application access, deploying software via MDM (Intune, Jamf Pro, etc.), supporting onboarding and offboarding across EMEA, and developing repeatable help desk workflows, knowledge bases, and self-service resources. Works closely with the Senior IT Lead and InfoSec, operates with a high degree of autonomy, and contributes to global IT projects and system rollouts to scale processes for a distributed international team. Location: Remote — Spain or United Kingdom.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of help desk or technical support experience
- Windows 10/11
- macOS
- Azure AD/Entra ID or similar
- Basic networking knowledge — TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, WiFi, VPN
