Maintain and optimize a mainly Windows-based LAN, troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues, administer end-user workstations, and manage security measures including firewalls. Provide training and guidance to staff, support IT systems related to manufacturing equipment, and handle Active Directory and Microsoft 365; travel 20–30% to other company locations for on-site support, system installations, and training.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree (A.A.) and two years of related experience OR four years of relevant work experience
- Experience supporting production environments preferred
- PLC/Industrial control network experience is a plus
