IT Support Specialist

Proactively monitor and provide direct end user hardware and software support, troubleshooting technology problems according to escalation protocol. Document and follow up on issues, maintain inventory, and configure or distribute hardware while testing new systems prior to implementation. Install operating systems, provide technology training, and assist in contract negotiations and project management for divisional IT resources. Monitor compliance with security policies and oversee contract and outcome reporting tools to meet statewide standards.
