Job Summary
Provide first-level technical support via chat, email, and remote access tools, troubleshooting software, hardware, and connectivity issues promptly. Maintain system performance, updates, and backups while setting up new user accounts and credentials. Collaborate with vendors to resolve equipment or network problems and document all interactions in accurate IT logs. Ensure data protection and compliance with company security policies. This remote role offers a pay rate of $45–$70 per hour plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus and onboarding training.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical troubleshooting
- Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and common office software
