Job Summary
Answer help desk calls and troubleshoot hardware and software problems over the phone or on-site. Record all interactions in the ticket tracking system while managing user accounts and replacing faulty hardware or leased assets under deadline. Perform PC deployments using inTune and address warranty issues across rental, retail, ski school, ticketing, and office applications. This full-time role reports to the Director of Support Services and requires a valid driver's license and proficiency with Windows 11 and Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Professional computer experience
- A valid driver's license
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of Windows 11 operating systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills and both hardware and software
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, disassembling and repairing PC's and peripherals
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Proficient knowledge of WiFi and networking basics
- Experience with Help Desk Institute (HDI) Certifications, A+ Certifications
- Proficient knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and/or Knowledge-Centered Service (KCS)
- Ability to stand, walk or be on your feet for extended periods of time
- Kneeling and bending may be required
- Must be able to lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs. individually or with assistance
