Job Summary
IT Support Specialist at Anteris provides frontline IT help via phone, email, and ticketing systems; performs day-to-day maintenance and administration of client IT environments; monitors patching, backups, and infrastructure health; troubleshoots issues across Windows desktop/server environments, Active Directory, DNS, Microsoft 365, remote access tools, networking, and security; travels occasionally to client locations for installations, upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting (including intrastate travel); participates in rotating on-call to provide 24/7 client support and may work evenings or weekends to accommodate projects; emphasizes curiosity, customer focus, continuous learning, teamwork, and professional growth.
Required Qualifications
