Job Summary
IT Support Specialist embedded within a client environment, delivering service-first IT support beyond a heads-down help desk. You will interface with senior stakeholders, retail leadership, and executive teams, emphasizing clear, professional communication as much as technical fixes. Responsibilities include helpdesk triage, onboarding hardware/software for new hires, coordinating with vendors for retail connectivity, managing hardware lifecycle for the Nashville location, maintaining documentation, supporting store openings with hardware delivery and onsite technician visits, and analyzing ticket trends for leadership discussions. Must be a polished communicator with experience in customer-facing or IT support, comfortable in executive-environment settings, and a curious, proactive problem-solver. Preferred: hospitality/retail or direct customer service experience, retail/multi-location operations, Google Workspace proficiency, and familiarity with MDM tools.
