Job Summary
Provide daily IT infrastructure and operations support to users, managing desktop and mobile devices, application systems, and all IT assets. Coordinate with vendors for equipment repair and maintenance, while executing routine server tasks including backups, data housekeeping, security patches, user account management, and audits. Carry out assigned administrative duties and resolve system network communication problems. This role requires a Dip or Degree with 3-5 years of experience, strong problem analysis and stakeholder management skills, and comfort working in a small office environment reporting to Taiwan HQ.
