Job Summary
IT Support Specialist delivers first-line technical support focused on Microsoft 365, warehouse operational systems, and physical security infrastructure; serves as primary contact for support requests via ticketing, phone, or in person; provides Tier 1/2 support for end-user and warehouse issues; escalates as needed; maintains knowledgebase articles; supports desktops, laptops, desk phones, and iOS devices; troubleshoots network connectivity, wireless scanners, IoT devices; monitors security systems including CCTV and access controls; coordinates with Facilities and vendors for security system repairs; maintains documentation for security systems and user permissions; 100% on-site in Bow, NH with no remote/hybrid relocation options; requires commuting to Bow daily.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 2–4 years of IT support experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 including SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams
- Experience supporting iOS devices
- Basic networking knowledge — Wi-Fi troubleshooting, DHCP/DNS, Active Directory
- Experience supporting VoIP or cloud PBX telephony platforms
- Experience with printers, scanners, and handheld devices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
