Job Summary
IT Support Service Delivery (Intern) role provides hands-on exposure to IT operations, infrastructure, and support services. Responsibilities include assisting in day-to-day IT support and helpdesk operations, setting up and configuring laptops/desktops for new joiners, maintaining asset inventory and documentation, troubleshooting hardware/software/network issues, supporting Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint administration, participating in IT infrastructure upgrades or migration projects, and providing user training or user guides. Learning opportunities include exposure to ManageEngine ticketing, ITIL processes, and real-world enterprise IT environments, with collaboration across SEA and North Asia and hands-on experience in a global data-infrastructure context.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields
- Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
