Job Summary
IT Support / Operations (1st line / Field Support) in Lisbon, Portugal with a hybrid on-site work model. The role involves end-user IT support, proactive collaboration in a heterogeneous team, and applying ITIL/ITSM practices. Key duties include monitoring dashboards, vaulting tape rotations, incident and service-request management in Service-Now and suppliers’ portals, managing Active Directory objects and DNS records, basic Windows Server administration, and PowerShell scripting. Requires proficiency with productivity tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, MS Teams) and strong social skills for 1st line end-user support; candidate should demonstrate critical thinking and teamwork in a dynamic IT services environment.
Required Qualifications
- Mandatory: - Monitoring TV dashboards in the office - Tape rotation for daily off-site vaulting process - Intermediate knowledge from the user's perspective of Productivity tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, MS Teams) - Incident and Service Request management in the internal ITSM tool (Service-Now) and in suppliers' Web portals - Intermediate knowledge of Active Directory and Domain object management (Users, Security Groups, Computers, DNS records) - Basic knowledge of Windows server administration - Basic knowledge of PowerShell for script creation/execution
