Job Summary
Conduct technical process management support, configure new software solutions, and formulate requirements to optimize workflows and resolve incidents. Manage the requirements process to assist users and drive software development while collaborating closely with technical process management and service providers. Handle tasks related to construction permit procedures, leveraging strong technical understanding and abstraction skills. Requires a completed degree or training in computer science, initial support experience, and fluent German. Located in Hamburg with an indefinite-term contract.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik oder anderweitig erworbene vergleichbare Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten
- Erste Erfahrungen im Support einer Fachanwendung
- Fließend Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
Desired Qualifications
- Idealerweise Fachkenntnisse in der Bearbeitung von Baugenehmigungsverfahren
- Gutes technisches Verständnis und Abstraktionsvermögen
