Job Summary
IT Support - Logistics at Takealot: provide hands-on technical support to the delivery network across distribution centers, branches, and drivers; handle user communications via email/phone; troubleshoot hardware (including handheld scanners) and network connectivity; develop in-depth knowledge of delivery-network software/SOPs; act as liaison to second-line engineers for bug reporting and fixes; perform after-hours support and use help desk ticketing; install/configure/troubleshoot software; document IT procedures; collaborate with management and teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction; benefits include hybrid work model, mentorship, learning resources, and a collaborative culture.
