Job Summary
IT Support – Logistics role providing hands-on technical support to Takealot's delivery network across distribution centers, branches, and drivers. Responsibilities include resolving issues via email/phone, supporting hardware (handheld scanners, devices, network), developing knowledge of delivery-network software and SOPs, acting as a bridge to second-line engineers for bug investigations, directing requests to appropriate teams, and providing after-hours support. Requires IT Diploma and certifications (A+, N+, MCSA), strong troubleshooting, Windows and Office/Google Workspace proficiency, and 3-5 years in IT support with some warehouse- environment exposure. Hybrid remote working model offered.
