Job Summary

IT Support Level 2 role based in Brisbane Office providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support across VDI’s national operations; responsibilities include end-user support, device and account management via Microsoft Entra ID and Intune, Autopilot, KME, Conditional Access; manage 3CX PBX telephony; administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive); support UniFi network and WAN; develop SOPs and knowledge base; contribute to IT projects and infrastructure uplift. Requires strong troubleshooting, ability to communicate with non-technical users, and ability to work independently; full-time on-site in Brisbane with probation period and open to flexible arrangements.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an IT Support Level 2 or equivalent
