Job Summary
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for enterprise IT infrastructure, production workstations, and factory applications at the TSE Factory. Manage LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi connectivity using Aruba and Cisco switches, while administering FortiGate and SonicWall firewalls. Install and configure Windows PCs, support Microsoft 365 applications, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Assist with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP services, ensuring secure VLAN segmentation and network documentation. Support production systems including Passport Personalization and PIN Mailer workstations, coordinate with vendors for troubleshooting, and maintain IT asset inventory through routine preventive maintenance. Monitor Internet connectivity and PBX system availability, escalating critical issues as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in enterprise IT support
- Windows 10/11 and Windows Server
- Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
- Microsoft 365
- TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs
- Aruba and Cisco switches
- FortiGate and SonicWall firewalls
- Enterprise printers and scanners
- IT asset management and documentation
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing or secure production environments
- Cisco Certified Network Associate CCNA
- Fortinet Certified Associate (FCA) /NSE
- Aruba Certified Associate
- Microsoft Certified
- ITIL Foundation
