Job Summary
Analyze customer questions regarding self-developed software applications and provide tailored advice or escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members. Document all inquiries and recommendations carefully while acting as a sparring partner to colleagues on solution development. Serve as the primary contact point for clients needing support with software optimization, ensuring quick and reliable resolutions across diverse industries. Requires an MBO degree, 2–3 years of relevant experience, and strong Dutch language skills. Salary ranges from €2,700 to €3,650 gross per month with opportunities for remote work and team events.
Required Qualifications
- Minimaal een afgeronde MBO-opleiding of vergelijkbaar werk- en denkniveau
- 2 tot 3 jaar relevante werkervaring, bijvoorbeeld in een helpdeskfunctie
- Sterke beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
- Analytisch inzicht en een gestructureerde werkwijze
- Klantvriendelijkheid en een oplossingsgerichte houding
- Flexibiliteit en het vermogen om onder druk te presteren
