Job Summary
Provide end-to-end IT support for plant-level systems including production floor equipment, hardware, network infrastructure, and user devices; ensure high system uptime, troubleshoot issues, and perform preventive maintenance; install/configure Windows OS and security software; support MES, SCADA/HMI interfaces, SAP/ERP access, and shop-floor automation; manage LAN/WAN, CCTV, access control, and IP telephony; coordinate with vendors for equipment servicing and AMC; train plant and office staff on system usage and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field
- 2-5 years IT support experience, preferably in a manufacturing plant
- Experience supporting manufacturing environments, OT/IT integration (preferred)
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, N+, CCNA, or Microsoft MCP are a plus
