Job Summary
IT Support Engineer sought to provide internal user support across Florida locations, handling Microsoft 365 administration (Entra ID, Intune, MFA/SSO, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook), Windows 11 devices, VPN, Meraki networking, and endpoint management with NinjaOne; manage onboarding/offboarding, device deployment, and documentation; collaborate with security and systems teams; occasional travel to Florida offices (1-2 times/month); hybrid work schedule.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years IT support experience
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments
- Hands-on with Entra ID, Intune, MFA/SSO
- Windows 11, VPN, wireless networking
- Experience with RMM tools such as ConnectWise & Ninja One
- Meraki firewalls, switches, and wireless APs
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service
- Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience preferred
