Job Summary
Act as the primary IT contact for all staff at the Düsseldorf office, resolving daily hardware and software issues within the Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 environments. Manage support for mobile devices, telephony, and video conferencing systems while analyzing, documenting, and resolving incidents and service requests in ServiceNow. Collaborate closely with central IT teams for persistent troubleshooting, coordinate external vendors, and assist in rolling out new IT solutions. Ensure a high-quality IT service for on-site users through proactive engagement and structured problem-solving.
Required Qualifications
- Erste Berufserfahrung im IT-Support oder Onsite Service
- Gute Kenntnisse auf der Systemseite von Windows 11 und Microsoft 365
- Einwandfreie Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1)
