Job Summary
IT Support Engineer (Tier 2) at CubX Inc. will provide Level 2/3 helpdesk support for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android, administer Microsoft 365 environments, configure networking components (DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, firewall rules), manage endpoints with Intune/Autopilot, assist with Azure administration, configure email security (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), troubleshoot hardware/software, maintain ITSM tickets, participate in IT projects, and provide after-hours support. Requires MSP/Level 2 experience, strong Microsoft 365, networking, endpoint management, customer-facing IT support, and US work authorization; Bachelor’s degree preferred and willingness to travel ~15%.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in an MSP or Level 2 helpdesk environment
- Advanced administration experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Security & Compliance)
- Hands-on networking troubleshooting with DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, firewall rules
- Experience configuring Windows and macOS endpoints
- Experience configuring email authentication and security records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
- Experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Available for after-hours/on-call support
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or closely related field (preferred)
- PowerShell scripting and automation (preferred)
- CCNA/CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+ or Microsoft certifications (preferred)
- Willing to travel ~15% for client site visits or projects (preferred)
