Job Summary
Deliver exceptional technology support for employees across multiple locations, owning the lifecycle of laptops, mobile devices, and other end-user technology. Administer user accounts, access permissions, and manage employee onboarding and offboarding while maintaining a secure, compliant, and reliable endpoint environment. Enable seamless collaboration through workplace and meeting room technology by partnering with infrastructure, network, security, and business systems teams to solve problems and improve services. Drive continuous improvement through root-cause analysis, process optimization, and knowledge sharing to support the technology powering both office teams and manufacturing operations.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology or a related field
- 5+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- 7+ years of progressive hands-on IT support experience
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years supporting end users directly in a business environment
- Ownership of incidents from intake through resolution
- 2+ years of hands-on ownership of a service management platform or endpoint management estate
- Hands-on experience with modern endpoint management platforms
- Experience administering a service management platform
- Working knowledge of ITIL service management practices
- Experience with account provisioning and deprovisioning
- Experience with hardware deployment, imaging, asset management, warranty, RMA activity, meeting room technology, and user-facing documentation
- Strong Windows endpoint troubleshooting, support, and configuration experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and cloud identity administration
- Networking fundamentals including DNS, DHCP, VPN, wired and wireless connectivity, printing, and end-user network troubleshooting
- Ability to lift and move technology equipment up to 50 pounds
- Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and reach while installing or troubleshooting equipment
- On-site presence at the Fort Myers, FL location
- Remote support resource capability for other sites including Leesport, PA and remote colleagues
- Support capability for colleagues globally including European locations
- Availability for early starts to align with European time zones
- Availability for work outside standard hours including site cutovers, urgent offboarding, and business-critical incidents
- Up to 10% travel to other Seakeeper locations
- Eligibility to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States
- Completion of the required employment eligibility verification form (Form I-9)
- Authorization to work in the U.S.

- Experience contributing to major incident response and post-incident reviews
- Manufacturing, shop-floor, or warehouse support experience
- Experience with scanning and labeling equipment
- Experience with ruggedized devices
- Experience with production terminals
- MacOS and iOS support experience in a managed environment
- Exposure to endpoint security tooling
- Exposure to vulnerability management
- Exposure to endpoint detection and response
- Exposure to patch compliance reporting
- Familiarity with enterprise network and firewall equipment
- PowerShell or other scripting experience for automating repetitive administrative work
- Experience supporting colleagues across multiple sites, countries, or time zones
- Experience in a fast-moving environment where priorities change frequently
