Job Summary
The IT Support Engineer provides onsite IT support in handling incidents and problems related to endpoint hardware and infrastructure, ensuring efficient technology use at supported sites, while maintaining excellent customer service and compliance with company standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in a discipline related to functional work or role
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- Ability to solve complex problems
- Knowledge of Environmental Health & Safety procedures
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to work with Microsoft Active Directory
- Knowledge of endpoint software OS such as MS Windows and MAC
- Excellent communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical colleagues
